Our primary goal is to coach and guide our members in securing the best tech roles, and we typically recommend avoiding commission-only positions. We strive to help members land positions that offer an income above the Qualified Income Threshold of $40,000. This ensures a stable financial foundation and reflects the value of the skills and knowledge gained through our membership.
However, we understand that each member's situation is unique, and some may choose to accept a job with a salary below the threshold. In such cases, members are not required to pay the Subscription Payment until they reach the $40,000 income threshold or until the 12 months of the Assisted Subscription Phase have passed. This flexibility allows members to continue benefiting from the reduced Assisted Subscription Rate while they work towards meeting the Qualified Income Threshold or completing the 12-month period.
