What happens if my payment method is declined?

If your payment method is declined, we will automatically retry the payment and notify you of the issue. If the payment isn't successfully processed, your account will be suspended, and you will lose access to all of Uvaro's features, including free tools. If the issue persists and is not resolved, your account will enter into an escalation process to resolve the payment issue.

To regain access to your account, you'll be prompted to connect with our finance team to process any outstanding payments.
