What happens if I do not complete my self-reporting obligation?

As a Premium member on ASA it is your responsibility to complete the Monthly Attestation Report on a monthly basis. If you anticipate that you may not be able to self-report, you must contact help@uvaro.com in advance of the deadline.

If you do not complete your self-reporting obligation within 30 days, you will continue to receive notices. When you do not complete the form within 30 days of having received notice, your account will be transitioned from $40 Assisted Subscription Rate to The Subscription Payment, initiating your first payment of USD $400.

Once The Subscription Payment has been activated, you should contact help@uvaro.com to speak with a finance team member and discuss your payment obligation, deferral status, and self-reporting obligation.

If you have missed a self-reporting window and are charged The Subscription Payment of $400 by mistake, there are two policies in place to help:

  • One-Time Missed Attestation Forgiveness: We allow each customer one instance of a "mistakenly missed attestation." In this case, we will refund the $360 by canceling the $400 charge and applying the $40 charge instead. This ensures that you're not penalized for an honest mistake.
  • Adjusted Subscription Rate: If you prefer, we can revert your subscription to the $40/month Assisted Subscription Rate for future payments. As a result, the length of your $400/month payment period will be reduced by one month. This option provides you with an alternative payment plan that may better suit your needs.

Please note that these options are available to help our valued customers navigate any unexpected issues related to their attestations. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.
