We rely on self-reporting to ensure our members remain eligible for the Assisted Subscription Agreement. To join as a Premium member under Uvaro’s ASA, you agree to do the following:
- Submit proof of income bi-annually
- Provide documentation to verify Earned Income (ex. Pay stubs)
- Provide employer contact information so that Uvaro may verify Earned Income.
- Submit tax documentation annually, used for the sole purposes of verifying reported income
