What are the technical requirements for participating in Prep Week?

The technical requirements for Prep Week are the same as engaging in our Courses and Workshops, you'll need a few essential tools:

  • Desktop or Laptop Computer: Our live sessions are best experienced on a desktop or laptop for optimal interaction.
  • Stable Internet Connection: A consistent and strong internet connection is crucial for both live and asynchronous learning activities.
  • Audio and Visual Setup: Ensure you have a reliable audio and visual setup—like a good pair of headphones and a webcam—to participate in discussions and presentations.

Software Requirements:

  • BlackBoard Collaborate: Our primary platform for live sessions. It's not optimized for mobile, so a computer is strongly recommended.
  • Slack, Google Apps, Vidyard, and Zoom: These tools are used for asynchronous learning and communication, all requiring a stable internet connection.
