Through the 4th quarter of 2022, Uvaro adjusted our offerings, and in order to ensure the sustainability of our service delivery to Members, our agreement offering changed. The terms of service allow for changes to your agreements provided Uvaro gives notice. For Members who selected and joined with the DSA, Uvaro is offering the new Assisted Subscription Agreement (ASA) which requires an Assisted Subscription Payment of f $40/month until the sooner of 12 months or employment above $40,000USD/annum has been successfully secured at which point the Subscription Payment of $400/month is payable. Please refer to section 16 of the contract “AMENDMENTS AND WAIVERS”:
We may amend this Agreement by providing you with 14 days advance written notice of any changes, delivered to your address as shown in our records. If an amendment is necessary to comply with changes in applicable law, we may amend this Agreement without providing you with advance notice. No delay or failure to require performance of any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of that provision as to that or any other instance.
