I've paid, but my account hasn't been upgraded. What should I do?

Option 1: Check Your Email

Look for a confirmation email in your inbox, spam, or promotions folder.

If you received a confirmation, but your account hasn't been upgraded, proceed to Option 2.

Option 2: Refresh Your Account

Log out and log back into your account.

Check if the upgrade is now reflected.

Option 3: Verify Payment Method

Ensure that the payment went through on your bank's end.

If the payment was successful but the account is still not upgraded, proceed to Option 4.

Option 4: Contact Support

Reach out to our dedicated support team via email for immediate support. 

Provide any relevant information like transaction IDs or screenshots.
