I self-reported that I was over by mistake, and now I have been invoiced - what can I do and who can I contact for help?

If you have missed a self-reporting window, or self-reported erroneously and the Subscription Payment charge of $400 was done by mistake, there are two policies in place to help: 

  • One-Time Missed Attestation Forgiveness: We allow each customer one instance of a "mistakenly missed attestation." In this case, we will refund the $360 by canceling the $400 charge and applying the $40 charge instead. This ensures that you're not penalized for an honest mistake.
  • Adjusted Subscription Rate: If you prefer, we can revert your subscription to the $40/month Assisted Subscription Rate for future payments. As a result, the length of your $400/month payment period will be reduced by one month. This option provides you with an alternative payment plan that may better suit your needs.
