Step 1
🚀 Click on the Get Started link in the email invitation received
In rare cases, some email providers may pull out the link from the Get Started button or change the styling making it hard to identify the button. If you can’t see the button or are having issues finding the link, you can copy the link shown in the bottom section of the email and paste that in your browser.
Step 2
ℹ️ Fill out the signup form
Following the link from the email invitation will take you to a signup form. Your email will be pre-filled, so just enter your first name, last name, password and click Sign Up.

📫 Verify your email
Given the sensitive nature of candidate data, we require our Employer users to verify their email right after signup. This ensures that the person signing up is who they claim they are. We do this by sending a verification email right after signup.
3.1 Click the Confirm my account button in the email received
3.2 This will redirect you to a Verify your email page on your browser, click the Complete Verification button on our site.
Step 4
🏢 Claim or join your company
After verifying your email, you will be redirected to one of two pages. If someone from your team has already created an employer profile in our system, you will be shown a Join Company button. If you are the first team member signing up for your company, you will be shown a Claim Company button. Click the Join or Claim Company button.
Step 5
✅ Accept Organization Invitation
Click on Accept to accept the organization invitation.

Explore the different sections of the Talent portal:
Candidates Tab: Allows you to search through all candidate profiles.
Candidate Lists: Allows you to view lists of candidates that staff at the organization have shared with you.
Job Posts: Allows you to post opportunities directly into the organization’s job portal, accessible to all candidates in that organization.
