- This isn’t the agreement that I signed on for, how can you legally change our agreement?
- Through the 4th quarter of 2022, Uvaro adjusted our offerings, and in order to ensure the sustainability of our service delivery to Members, our agreement offering has changed. For Members who selected and joined with the DSA, Uvaro is offering the new Assisted Subscription Agreement (ASA) which requires an Assisted Subscription Payment of f $40/month until the sooner of 12 months or employment above $40,000USD/annum has been successfully secured at which point the Subscription Payment of $400/month is payable. We may amend this Agreement by providing you with 14 days advance written notice of any changes, delivered to your address as shown in our records. If an amendment is necessary to comply with changes in applicable law, we may amend this Agreement without providing you with advance notice. - I never took any classes so I believe I don't owe Uvaro - why am I being invoiced?
- Your Uvaro Subscription Agreement gives you access to our Premium Membership, where you have unlimited access to premium courses, workshops and career coaching services. Your agreement is not tied to one specific course.

- I am currently not working but I have been invoiced, why?

- I thought Uvaro would secure a job for me?

Uvaro commits to deliver the Services so that I may maximize my own employability, but it is my own responsibility to obtain employment. UVARO IS NOT A PLACEMENT AGENCY AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT FOR ANY PERSON.

- The ASA has been implemented to provide ample time for you to secure a job or career opportunity that aligns with your personal goals. Our primary objective is to ensure that your financial commitment remains directly tied to your success. Please take note of the following critical points regarding the new Assisted Subscription Agreement:
- Assisted Subscription Payment: Going forward, you will incur a minimum maintenance fee of USD $40, plus applicable taxes. This fee guarantees the continued availability of our services and support. In cases where your income falls below the threshold of USD $40,000, you will receive an invoice for an assisted fee of USD $40, in addition to applicable taxes.
- Membership Self-Attestations: Under the new agreement, you are now required to complete a simple monthly attestation, declaring your current income level.
- Activation of Subscription Payment: Several circumstances will trigger the activation of your subscription under the new terms. These include when your income surpasses the threshold, after completing 12 months on the assisted payment plan, or if you miss the monthly attestation. Upon activation, a monthly payment of USD $400 will be applicable for a duration of 12 months.

- I’m on the Assisted Subscription Agreement (ASA), and have noticed that the monthly maintenance fee of $40USD changes slightly month to month. Why does this happen?
- All invoicing from Uvaro is in USD and therefore is subject to the daily exchange rate on the day you are invoiced if you are billed in a different currency.

- I contacted help@uvaro.com or left a VM to speak with a member of the Uvaro team. I expected to receive a response within 24 hours. Why haven’t I heard from anyone?
- We encourage you to send an email to help@uvaro.com rather than leaving voicemail to ensure a quicker response time.

Note: we are experiencing a high volume of inquiries at this time, which may result in a delayed response. Please be rest assured that your inquiry is important to us, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
- Why do you keep sending me emails and invoices for something I never brought?
- If you are receiving communications from Uvaro pertaining to a Premium Membership, you would have signed a subscription agreement after speaking with one of our Sales Representatives. If you are unable to locate your Uvaro Subscription Agreement, please contact helpl@uvaro.com, and we would be happy to email you a copy of your agreement for your records.

- I want to cancel my Uvaro Premium membership - what do I need to do?
- If you are within 14 days of signing your agreement and wish to cancel your subscription, please email help@uvaro.com and a member of our Customer Success team will assist you in accordance with the 14 day cancellation policy as outlined in your agreement.
- If the date of cancellation is after 14 days of having created your membership, you are obligated to pay the Full Subscription Obligation as outlined in your agreement.
- Do I have to Self Report my employment and income information to Uvaro every single month?
- If you are on a Deferred Subscription or an Assisted Subscription agreement, you are obligated to report your employment and income information to Uvaro on a monthly basis, as outlined in your subscription agreement. Please watch for an email from Uvaro each month with the Subject Line: IMPORTANT NOTE: Your Self Reporting is Due and follow the steps within the email. Should you have difficulties with filling out the appropriate information, please email help@uvaro.com, and a member from the Customer Success team will assist you.
